• Phone number — to send your daily text reminders
• Email address — to send your daily email reminders and account notices
• Reminder times — the times of day you choose to receive reminders
• Time zone — to deliver reminders at the correct local time

We do not collect medication names, diagnoses, medical records, location data, or financial information beyond what is handled by our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send your daily medication reminders by text and email at your chosen times
• To notify your designated caregivers if a reminder is not confirmed
• To maintain your personal dashboard
• To process your subscription payment (handled by Stripe — we do not store payment card data)

3. Text Messaging

By enrolling, you consent to receive automated text reminders from RememberPills.com at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on the number of reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel all text reminders.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Caregivers you designate — notified only when you set them up in your profile
• Service providers — our text messaging provider (Telnyx) and payment processor (Stripe) receive only the data necessary to deliver their services
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RememberPills or others

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your data is stored on secured servers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or reply STOP, your account and associated data are removed from our active system.

7. Children's Privacy

RememberPills.com is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contactRP@RememberPills.com and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contactRP@RememberPills.com. We will respond within 30 days.
