We collect only what we need to operate the reminder service:

• Your name and email address (required to create an account)
• Phone number (optional, for text reminders)
• Medication reminder labels — these are text strings you choose; we never know what medications you actually take
• Reminder times and schedules
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we never see your full card number)

2. What We Do Not Collect

RememberPills does not collect, store, or process:

• Diagnosis or medical condition information
• Prescription data or dosage information
• Insurance information
• Medical records of any kind

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to deliver your medication reminders (via email and/or text), send account-related messages (trial expiry notices, billing receipts), and improve the service. We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising targeting.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services: Twilio (text delivery), SendGrid (email delivery), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policy and security practices. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law or for fraud prevention.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing contactRP@RememberPills.com.

You may opt out of text reminders at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
